Favorite Quotes
"Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience." -Mark Twain. This is my favorite quote because it says so much in a single sentence. Personally, I think it is saying to be the best you can and don't let anybody tell you different. I also think it could be saying, don't associate with people that will bring you down mentally and emotionally. The quote pretty much says it all. Another quote that really speaks to me is "Living well is the best revenge." -George Herbert. I love this one because no matter what, somebody will try to bring you down and try to see you suffer. It's life. So if you want to truly get the back and get into their head,is hold yours high and never give up. Show them that no matter what, you will be standing proud. Even if you don't feel like it at times.

My Perfect Day
My eyes slowly open as I hear the little chirps of the birds outside of my window. A peaceful way to wake up, don't you think? Much better than the loud annoying beeping of the alarm that sounds like some kind of broken record. I can finally wake up and start my day without having a headache from that stupid alarm clock. I get up and make my way down the stairs, slowly looking back at my bed that almost seems to call my name. Glancing at the kitchen, I begin to ponder. What am I going to eat? That's when it hits me, I weirdly want some fast food breakfast. I mean after all, I think I deserve it after a long week. I take a few seconds to sound like a baby dinosaur as i yawned. I run up the stairs and into my friend's room. Jumping on her bed, I yell "Oh yeah, wake up yeah!" trying my best to sound like Pauly D. She opens her eyes and looks at me. Quietly she says "Why? It's Saturday!" I tell her about my plans to get some food and asked her if she wanted any. She stumbles out of bed and into her closet, trying to find some clean boxers to put on. Rubbing her eyes, she walkes out of the closet and said "Let's go" We proceeded to walk down the stairs and into the car. Blasting the radio, we begin to roll out of the drive way. As we drive fast down main street, all the other drivers are looking at us. Only because we are giving them something to look at by dancing like monkeys. We then got our food and drove back home, turned on the TV, and began to have a movie day. Then, for a moment, I stopped day dreaming. I reached over the bed and turned off my alarm, thinking to myself "I wish, for once, my day was like that." I get out of bed and get dressed for work.
